Job Overview:

Signature Home Products Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, process purchase orders, and ensure smooth transactions. This role is vital in supporting our sales team by handling client communications, encoding sales orders into the system, and providing timely updates to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through Facebook pages, chat platforms, calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and encode sales orders into the company's system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order preparation and delivery schedules.
  • Provide customers with order updates, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and ensure excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and order processing.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order processing is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with basic sales or inventory systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
