Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide support Microsoft Office 365- related issues, ensuring timely resolution of up to 1,000 tickets . This position will be full-time and onsite in Alabang

What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address complex technical challenges.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to O365 support processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Office 365 to provide proactive support.
What You'll Need:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tickets efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
