The Role

We're hiring a full-time Operations Analyst to join the Executive Office. You'll work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Central Operations Manager to transform raw data into insights, dashboards, and operational intelligence that power decision-making across every department.

You'll build the systems, visibility, and metrics that help Muvr run with precision — from Community Operations and DriverOps to PartnerOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports across all operational functions.
  
• Analyze marketplace performance trends (driver operations, partner operations, customer service, cancellations, supply-demand, and revenue).
  
• Create structured dashboards in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or ClickUp for leadership visibility.
  
• Track and maintain key marketplace metrics, including:
  • Job completion and on-time rates
    
  • Active drivers and partners
    
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and ticket performance
    
  • Churn, retention, and engagement metrics

Dashboard & Systems Building

• Build scalable KPI dashboards tailored by department.
  
• Collaborate with Central Operations to improve data pipelines and reporting automation.
  
• Validate data integrity and ensure consistent metric definitions across all reports.
  
• Maintain a unified data dictionary, metrics repository, and reporting SOP library.

Operational Insights & Decision Support

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across Community Ops, DriverOps, and PartnerOps.
  
• Deliver weekly business insights to the Chief of Staff and leadership to guide strategic decisions.
  
• Proactively surface anomalies, performance dips, or spikes before they escalate.
  
• Support the CEO with executive dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and competitive research.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Customer Service, DriverOps, PartnerOps, Marketing, Product, and Finance to centralize and analyze operational data.
  
• Collaborate with QA to identify trends in ticket quality, agent performance, and process compliance.
  
• Work with Finance to supply accurate forecasting inputs and operational cost modeling.
  
• Coordinate with Central Operations on automation, workflow optimization, and cross-departmental reporting consistency.

Documentation & SOP Development

• Own documentation for all reports, dashboards, and calculation logic.
  
• Develop clear, repeatable data submission and reporting SOPs for all operational teams.
  
• Standardize performance reporting and ensure teams follow consistent data hygiene practices.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in operations analysis, business analytics, or data operations — ideally within a marketplace, logistics, or tech-enabled services environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or other BI tools.
  
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready insights.
  
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and translate data into stories that drive action.
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
  
• Bonus: Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google App Scripts.
