About the role

ENYE Construction & Development Inc./ Livwell Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Architect to join our growing team in Metro Manila. As a Field Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of architectural designs and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant execution on site
  2. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications
  3. Collaborating with construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities and address any challenges that arise
  4. Providing technical guidance and support to construction workers to ensure the quality and integrity of the built environment
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities, progress, and any changes or deviations from the original plans
  6. Participating in project planning and design meetings to provide input and feedback from a field perspective
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Field Architect or in a similar role, preferably housing project
  3. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality
  7. Familiarity with project management software and digital documentation tools
