Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the design, planning, and preparation of architectural drawings for building permit applications and construction. You will collaborate closely with the Construction Manager to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to design standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed drawings, layout plans, and documents for building permit applications and construction use.
  • Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for Lawson Convenience Stores.
  • Coordinate and support engineering and design activities across teams.
  • Identify and resolve technical or design-related issues during the pre-construction phase.
  • Assist the Construction Manager in managing design and planning-related tasks and team coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Technology Major in Drafting, or a related field.
  • Licensed Architect (required).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in commercial or convenience store projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
  • Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
