What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to airline booking and reservations
  • Provide efficient and courteous customer service, assisting customers with flight information, booking changes, and addressing any concerns
  • Process ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and find the best solutions to meet their requirements
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of airline policies, procedures, and systems to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive and professional customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems and related processes is preferred
  • Willingness to work in a virtual environment and flexible to accommodate customer calls outside of regular business hours
