Job Overview:

The HR Recruitment role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring that all vacancies are filled in accordance with the organization's requirements. This position reports directly to the HR Supervisor.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing and contacting candidates through various platforms
  • Reviewing and screening incoming applicants
  • Preparing and extending job offers both verbally and electronically
  • Assisting in designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
  • Networking with various institutions and social media platforms
  • Continuously developing a network of suitable candidates
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Understanding and implementing referral program
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job hiring sites
  • Evaluating recruiting software packages and recommending the best fit for the company
  • Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills to assess resumes and identify the best-suited candidates

Interview Process:

  • HR/Initial Screening (Phone Call Interview)
  • Final Interview (Face-to-Face with the HR Supervisor)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
