  • Monitor accounts: Keep track of client accounts and transactions, and identify overdue payments
  • Contact clients: Notify clients of overdue payments by phone, mail, or email
  • Negotiate payment plans: Work with clients to create payment arrangements
  • Resolve issues: Follow up with clients to resolve issues like incorrect billing or lost invoices
  • Prepare reports: Create reports on collections, uncollectible accounts, and other important documents
  • Stay up to date: Keep current with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide customer service: Handle client questions and complaints
  • Coordinate with others: Work with sales and other departments to resolve issues

Skills

  • Math skills: Basic to intermediate math skills for calculations like percentages, fractions, and ratios
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of MS Office applications and other computer software for collections
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and files

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
