Key Responsibilities

Credit Management

  • Evaluate the financial capability and creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
  • Review and recommend credit limits in line with company policy.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with credit terms and conditions.

Collection Management

  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure prompt collection of due accounts.
  • Prepare collection letters, reminders, and statements of account for clients.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to settle overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams regarding client account status.
  • Conduct client visits or follow-ups when necessary to ensure settlement.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections and credit approvals.
  • Prepare aging reports, collection performance reports, and other related documentation.
  • Provide regular updates on delinquent accounts and recommend corrective actions.

Policy & Compliance

  • Implement company policies on credit and collection.
  • Recommend improvements to the credit and collection process for better efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to credit and collections.
