Auditor

Responsible for conducting comprehensive audit of various aspects of the organization from corporate to operations of the hotel to ensure that the established standards and regulations are meeting with compliance. This role involves conducting audits, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce fraud or errors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of documents, processes, and services to assess compliance with established standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain audit procedures and checklists.
  • Perform on the spot check of room cleanliness and even cash count of the branch
  • Identify non-conformances and document findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Recommend corrective actions to address identified non-conformances.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve quality processes.

Job Qualifications

* Graduate of any four (4) year course

* Experience in quality auditing or related field.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of team.
