Job Summary:

The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting independent and objective evaluations of the company's financial, operational, and compliance processes. The role ensures that internal controls are effectively implemented, risks are minimized, and company assets are safeguarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the annual audit plan and established auditing standards.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, accounting systems, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct audits on financial transactions, inventory management, procurement, and fixed asset control.
  • Review compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and government regulations.
  • Identify weaknesses, risks, and control gaps; recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and safeguard company resources.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to review operational processes and suggest process improvements.
  • Support management in risk assessment and fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in handling all audit matters.
  • Perform other audit-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or trading industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting systems, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and auditing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
