About the role

As a full-time RAC Technician at the Holiday Plaza Hotel in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the hotel's refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation systems. This is a critical role that ensures the comfort and satisfaction of our guests through the effective functioning of the hotel's climate control systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, service and repair a variety of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment
  2. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to maximise efficiency and lifespan
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with climate control equipment and systems
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
  5. Liaise with hotel management to ensure all climate control needs are met
  6. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a RAC technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  4. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  7. Valid driver's licence
