  • Provide general administrative support to management (scheduling, filing, correspondence).
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when necessary.
  • Proper filing of documents
  • Addressing client inquiries (online and phone)

  • Coordination of viewing schedules
  • Assistance in viewing
  • Listing management (Website, Internal Tracking)
  • Matching of listings
  • Engaging with clients and co-brokers during viewings
  • Lead generation (online marketing etc.)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Can communicate ideas well
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented
