About the RoleThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new leads to support our client's growth in higher education, healthcare, and global recruitment markets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, introducing the organization's value proposition and guiding them through the qualification process. You will also play a vital role in building, managing, and developing automated marketing campaigns targeted toward prospective partners.
The ideal candidate is a natural hunter — energized by the chase, relentless in pursuing new opportunities, and thriving on every sales conversation that moves the deal forward.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively research and identify potential institutional, corporate, and agency partners in target markets, including schools and universities, international healthcare recruitment firms, and nursing regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Executive and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Own the top of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads appropriately handed off to the Client Executive team.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to introduce our client's value proposition while qualifying leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Client Executive team members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and developments in higher education and international credential evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the higher education or healthcare space.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work in an office environment during 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT to align with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
