What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers to the branch in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand each customer's financial goals and requirements
  • Providing detailed information about the bank's suite of products and services to assist customers in selecting the most suitable accounts and solutions
  • Accurately completing all necessary paperwork and documentation for new account openings
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Resolving any customer queries or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Actively contributing to the branch's sales targets and revenue growth
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and advocacy

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
