About the role

As a New Accounts Associate at Philtrust Bank, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing new account openings at our Tarlac City branch. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of setting up their banking accounts and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the branch in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand each customer's financial goals and requirements
  3. Providing detailed information about the bank's suite of products and services to assist customers in selecting the most suitable accounts and solutions
  4. Accurately completing all necessary paperwork and documentation for new account openings
  5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  6. Resolving any customer queries or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  7. Actively contributing to the branch's sales targets and revenue growth
  8. Developing strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and advocacy

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  4. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
  6. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
