  • Prepares monthly and annual accounting and other management reports on time. Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices.
  • Assists the Accounting Head in overseeing the daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, inventory, general ledger, cash management and bank reconciliations.
  • Performs audit of petty cash fund and other cash collections on a regular and unannounced basis.
  • Participates in regular payroll and mandatory contributions processing. Ensures proper recording in the general ledger.
  • Performs reconciliations of general ledger accounts and preparation of various supporting schedules.
  • Supervises and provides guidance to junior accounting staff.
  • Tracks values of real property, vehicles, equipment and the like for accounting and insurance purposes.
  • Adheres to regulatory reporting guidelines and filing deadlines.
