The Technical Associate provides support in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving technical systems, processes, and operations. The role involves assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment/software, responding to technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve hardware, software, or system issues.
  • Assist in system installations, configurations, updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Monitor and report system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved concerns to higher-level engineers or managers.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
  • Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new technologies, tools, or systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address technical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
  • Provide training or guidance to users/employees on proper use of systems and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical training/experience).
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting methods and diagnostic tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
