Job Description:

The Multi-Media Specialist is responsible for creating, designing, and producing engaging multimedia content to support the company's marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. This role combines creative design skills with technical expertise to deliver high-quality visual, audio, and digital materials across various platforms including websites, social media, events, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Design
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media.
  • Edit and enhance photos, videos, and audio files for different platforms.
  • Develop visual assets for campaigns, presentations, social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Video & Audio Production
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, events, and online platforms.
  • Manage audio recording, sound editing, and voice-over production.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all multimedia projects.
  • Digital Media Management
  • Maintain multimedia libraries including photos, video footage, and creative assets.
  • Optimize media content for web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Assist in managing livestreams, webinars, and digital events.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to align multimedia projects with business objectives.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary.
  • Technical & Administrative
  • Operate and maintain multimedia equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, editing software, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and sound production.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
  • Strong creative, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
