The Multi Media Specialist is a creative and results-oriented individual responsible for developing and executing engaging multimedia content across various platforms to support Auro Cafe's marketing and brand awareness goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and content creation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for use across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), website, and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging written content (captions, blog posts, website copy, social media ads) that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Produce short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok videos, IG Stories) to showcase products, promotions, and cafe ambiance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly.
  • Assist with the creation of digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
  • Photography & Videography:
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of cafe interiors, food & beverages, and customer experiences.
  • Conduct on-location shoots to capture promotional content.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging multimedia content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong interest in coffee culture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
