WE ARE HIRING for Recruitment Marketing Specialist (Graphic/Multimedia Editor)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Design and edit graphics, illustrations, and campaign materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Perform quick video edits (cut-to-cut, basic enhancements) using Adobe Premiere Pro to support campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and other members of the global creative team to execute high-quality visuals for marketing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with Afni's global brand guidelines while pushing for originality and creativity.
  • Support regional teams by adapting global creatives into localized versions as needed.
  • Maintain and organize creative assets for global use.

Requirements:

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work onsite daily in Commonwealth, Quezon City
  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

  • Strong creative vision with an eye for layout, color, and typography.

  • Ability to balance creative innovation with adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines.
  • A portfolio showcasing design and multimedia work is required.
