Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, data modeling, and worksheet automation.
  • Experience using financial analysis tools, BI platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, investment reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify key insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting processes, and financial risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach in identifying opportunities for process improvement and reporting efficiency.
