Civil/Electrical Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily project, site, and office operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on project activities, progress, and milestones to management.
  • Manage and coordinate all matters related to the execution, control, and quality assurance of construction and/or other Civil/Electrical Engineering works.
  • Coordinate technical matters, including submission, review, and approval of project documentation.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports, highlighting status, progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Review and evaluate project specifications, technical drawings, and variation requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor work quality, control budgets, and ensure cost efficiency up to the finalization of accounts.
  • Lead and conduct coordination meetings with contractors, maintenance personnel, and security to resolve issues and align project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer with a
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    .
  • At least
    5 years of proven experience
    in project supervision, construction management, or related engineering roles.
  • Proficient in computer applications and engineering-related software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated competence in project planning, cost control, and quality management.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
  • Work experience in construction, property development, or real estate industry is an advantage.
