Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Follow-Up & Tracking

  2. Monitor outcomes from sales calls and meetings, ensuring follow-ups are completed on time.

  3. Keep actions moving forward and provide updates to the team to maintain momentum and hold team members accountable to agreed actions.

  4. EOS Implementation Support

  5. Take structured notes during leadership and project meetings and translate them into actionable follow-ups.

  6. Maintain and update EOS tools to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.

  7. Provide clear and consistent reports to leadership on progress, accountability, and issues.

  8. Project & Admin Support

  9. Coordinate action items from management and project meetings, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

  10. Support ongoing process improvements within the EOS framework.

  11. Act as a central point of accountability for tracking initiatives across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of EOS with hands-on experience supporting or implementing EOS in a business setting.

  • Background in sales operations, account management, or sales process management.

  • Confident and proactive communicator, able to follow up with team members and leadership to ensure commitments are met.

  • Experience with (or similar project/meeting management platforms) is highly regarded.

  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or business management preferred.
