Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming client orders from Sales Representatives and also from Inhouse clients.
  2. Review orders for accuracy and completion
  3. Check inventory to make sure that the requested item is available and if not available then communicate it to the concerned individual.
  4. Create Sales Order in SAP and get its approval from the concerned departments.
  5. Coordination with Warehouse and Logistics for the execution of the Sales Order.
  6. Assist in handling the needs of the Sales department and coordinate with the logistics team for urgent deliveries and special-order requests.
  7. Maintain close coordination with the team and the sales manager.
  8. Provide necessary data to the Sales Manager from SAP whenever needed.
  9. Manage inhouse clients or those clients which are given by the Sales Manager and respond to their queries and execute their orders till delivery of stocks.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College graduate of any Business Management or related course.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, pro-active, detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be customer-oriented and results-oriented
