A Sales Coordinator would provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, handling tasks like order processing and database management. He may also be involved in sales analysis, reporting, and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • With 1-2 year of experience in retail environment preferably in apparel or footwear
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of team
  • Has the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly

Responsibilities:

· Assists the sales team with various tasks, including order processing, tracking and fulfillment

· Maintains and updates sales records in databases

· Prepares documents needed for sales reports and analysis of sales data

· Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and warehouse to ensure smooth sales operations

· Provides general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence

  • Tracks inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, logistics or operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assists in onboarding of new sales team members and trains them on internal tools and processes
