  • Prepare and issue project billings/invoices based on contracts, progress reports, or milestones.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documents and supporting attachments.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding billing schedules and requirements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Record and update payments received in the accounting system.
  • Maintain organized records of billings, collections, and client communications.
  • Assist in preparing collection reports and aging analysis for management review.
  • Support the finance team in month-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in QuickBooks.
