About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding who thrives in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input customs, freight, and logistics data into EDI, CargoWise, or equivalent systems.
  • Ensure all data entries meet KPI and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and data handling.
  • Prepare and send Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders.
  • Support basic billing and invoicing processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related business course.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or warehousing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work night shifts and start immediately.
  • Open to training and continuous learning.
