Role: Customer Service Representative

Work Setup: Work-from-Home (after training)

What You'll Do:
  • Assist customers with food delivery inquiries and order-related concerns.
  • Handle requests via phone, chat, or email.
  • Provide excellent customer service with accuracy and empathy.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver consistent quality support.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
  • No BPO experience required – we welcome first-time applicants
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to work onsite for training, then transition to WAH after nesting
  • Must have stable internet connection and conducive workspace at home (for WAH setup)
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
