At Dexcom, our Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team plays a mission-critical role — not just behind the scenes, but at the heart of how we operate.

The Business Continuity Manager (BCM) drives the organization's business continuity and resilience strategy for a 2,000-person operation across Manila, Cebu, and a hybrid workforce. BCM ensures critical services remain operational during disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, cyber incidents) through robust planning, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Facilities, HR, and global stakeholders.

Where You Come In

• You will be responsible for planning & governance. Specifically, develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management framework, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• You will Chair the Business Continuity Steering Committee.
• You will be accountable for crisis management. You will lead crisis response, train Crisis Management Teams, and maintain escalation protocols and communication plans for hybrid/remote employees.
• Testing & Readiness will also be part of your scope. You will conduct annual continuity tests (tabletop, full-scale), ensure alternate site readiness, and validate remote work strategies.
• You will also be responsible for risk integration. You will embed continuity principles in risk assessments, vendor oversight, and IT/facilities redundancy. Support audit readiness.
• You will align with global partners, drive resilience training, and ensure hybrid workforce preparedness.
• You will also care for metrics & reporting: Track plan maturity, testing compliance, and incident performance. Provide leadership updates on readiness.

• If you have certifications in business continuity (e.g., CBCP), it will be a plus.

• Typically with 5-8 years of previous management or lead experience
