Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity Manager

Partnering Risk Insight with Strategic Continuity

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee ERM & BCM frameworks - Lead the creation, implementation, and governance of Bell Kenz's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems, ensuring robust organizational protection.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and reporting - Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and report all relevant risks—including reputational, human capital, financial, operational, technological, and business process risks.
• Act as executive risk advisor & continuity planner - Advise executive leadership on integrating risk management into key business decisions and initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive business recovery and continuity plans, including testing disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency response, and incident management protocols.
• Drive risk culture, compliance, and training - Oversee risk mitigation efforts, policy development, regulatory compliance, and continuity reporting. Facilitate business impact analyses and criticality assessments to guide resource planning. Lead risk‑awareness and training programs across all levels and ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301), government regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., risk management, business, finance); MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience in risk management, ideally within regulated or complex environments (e.g., pharma, banking, financial services, healthcare).
• Professional credentials such as CRM, CBCP, or ISO Business Continuity Management) are highly desirable
• Proficient in risk frameworks, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in business continuity planning, business impact analysis, and crisis management.
