Organizational Diagnosis and Strategy

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify capability, structure, and culture gaps that affect performance and growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic OD interventions that align with the company's goals and FMCG dynamics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to recommend improvements in organizational design, workforce effectiveness, and leadership capability.

Change Management and Transformation

  • Develop and lead change management programs to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts, process enhancements, or business integration projects.
  • Build leadership and team readiness through communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and change facilitation.
  • Coach leaders and managers on driving behavioral change and sustaining new practices across functions.

Talent and Capability Development

  • Design and deliver programs focused on leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent acceleration.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development teams to align talent programs with business needs and performance outcomes.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning and development interventions and ensure continuous improvement.

Culture and Engagement

  • Champion organizational culture initiatives that promote collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.
  • Lead employee engagement strategies and interventions that strengthen commitment and retention.
  • Facilitate team effectiveness workshops and culture-building sessions.

HR Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage HR analytics and employee feedback to monitor the impact of OD initiatives and refine strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with OD trends and FMCG best practices to ensure programs remain innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field; Master's degree or certification in Organizational Development or Change Management is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR or Organizational Development, with strong exposure to FMCG or fast-moving business environments.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing organizational gaps, designing OD frameworks, and managing change initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with a passion for driving people and organizational growth.
