What You'll Do

• Provide overall direction and leadership for the accounting, tax management, investment management, budgeting, and statutory as well as management reporting functions within the organisation.
• Oversee the Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning and Analysis sections to ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration across teams.
• Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing processes are completed accurately, with comprehensive preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with all relevant tax provisions and requirements to guarantee accurate filings and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain strict adherence to statutory requirements set by the SEC and other government entities through diligent oversight of all financial operations.
• Lead the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and providing clear guidance throughout each stage.
• Prepare detailed budget performance reports along with other essential documents required by the Board to support informed decision-making at the highest level.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems that safeguard assets while promoting transparency and accountability within all finance-related activities.
• Manage a results-driven finance team by fostering a collaborative culture focused on shared success, offering training opportunities, and encouraging professional growth among team members.

What You Bring
To excel as Senior Finance Manager, you will bring extensive experience from senior roles where you have overseen complex finance operations within large organisations. Beyond technical skills, your ability to build trust-based relationships—both within your immediate team and across wider business units—will be vital.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance is required; candidates holding a Master's Degree in related disciplines are highly regarded for this position.
• Certified Public Accountant qualification is mandatory for consideration in this senior leadership role.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a senior finance leadership capacity within large organisations handling diverse teams across finance, accounting, financial planning, budgeting analysis, controllership, and treasury functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheet management, cash flow analysis, general finance principles, and budgeting processes is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets effectively while ensuring full compliance with public accounting standards as well as cash flow requirements.
• Proven track record in preparing statutory reports for regulatory bodies such as the SEC alongside strong familiarity with government compliance protocols.
