JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with the clients.

  • Act as primary contact for clients regarding technical knowledge about products and services

  • Gathers information on the performance of products and associated services with regards to usage in order to:

Control risks and generate alarms.

  • Acquires usage characteristics to feed into the DUS/ Usage Condition data, to provide better technical support and report to Principal.

  • He provides technical support and makes recommendations adapted to internal and external clients so that the quality of our product implementation is guaranteed and the risks are controlled.

  • He deals with complaints and minor disputes when required by Sales Reps. He extracts and streamlines client complaints by making a diagnosis and providing the appropriate solution

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or any Engineering related course

  • Basic technical know-how on all aspects of Automobile technology and vehicle sub systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions

  • Strong ability to work and communicate with clients, customer service and management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Can drive 4-wheel vehicle with valid driver's license
