Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any vocational or Mechanical / Auto Diesel Technology course
  • With atleast 3-5 years experience
  • With NC ll Auto Diesel Engine Qualification
  • Amenable to drive a Heavy Duty Truck
  • Knowledgeable with the following: Diesel engines (Weichai, Cummins, Air brakes and ABS systems,AdBlue systems, Hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks (Mixers, dump trucks, tractors, etc.)
  • Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, PM services)
  • Repair and replace engine components, transmissions, drivetrains, and suspension systems
  • Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems
  • Use diagnostic software (e.g., JPRO, Cummins Insite, Weicha Master)
  • Complete accurate work orders and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Stay updated on new truck technologies (emissions systems, DEF, hybrid/electric)
  • Performs other related functions as deemed necessary
