We're Hiring: Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist

Do you love combining strategy with storytelling? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can grow traffic, improve conversions, and bring our brands to life through paid ads, SEO, and social media content—every single month.

This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and wants to make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

• Optimize targeting, creative, and performance to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

SEO & Website Strategy

• Support and execute SEO strategies that increase organic visibility and search rankings.

• Assist with blog planning and content optimization to boost discoverability and relevance.

Monthly Social Media Marketing

• Build and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate on video concepts, post captions, and creative assets to grow engagement and following.

• Track trends and make data-informed decisions to improve performance.

Email Campaign Support

• Partner with the email team to support audience segmentation, campaign planning, and performance improvement.

Analytics & Optimization

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and Shopify to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion trends.

• Propose and implement CRO strategies to turn traffic into repeat customers.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with design, content, and operations to align marketing strategy with business goals.

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, or social media).

• Proven ability to run Meta/Google ad campaigns with measurable results.

• Experience creating or managing monthly social media content calendars.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and performance-driven.

• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
