Job Overview:
We're hiring a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager who will take the lead on everything from strategy to execution. You'll work directly with the U.S. founder, have full creative ownership, and help shape the brand, systems, and team as we grow.

This is not a side gig or freelance role. It's a long-term, full-time career opportunity for someone who's ready to lead and win.

PHP 60,000 – PHP 120,000/month (based on experience)

Work Hours

• 40 hours per week

• Flexible hours — you manage your own time

• Must be available for occasional real-time check-ins with the founder (U.S. Pacific Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and optimize high-converting Shopify and WP RSS Aggregator websites

• Write clear, persuasive copy with strong CTAs

• Plan and execute effective SEO and content strategies

• Manage and grow email marketing via aWeber (or similar platforms)

• Create bold and eye-catching graphics (Adobe, etc.)

• Create, launch, and optimize paid and organic ads across digital channels

• Handle product photography and video editing

• Launch and manage social channels (TikTok, YouTube, IG, FB, LinkedIn)

• Track and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

• Recruit and lead a PH-based remote team as the brand scales

• Help shape a powerful patriotic, military-inspired U.S. brand

Requirements:

• Must be based in the Philippines

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• 5 years of digital marketing experience

• 3 years in a managerial/leadership role

• Highly skilled in:
- Shopify store setup and management
- SEO and content creation
- Email marketing (aWeber or similar)
- Creating and managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Social media growth strategies
- Graphic design tools
- Video/photo editing

• Self-starter with a no-excuses, mission-first mindset

• Strong understanding of U.S. patriotic/military brands (e.g., Black Rifle Coffee, Grunt Style, Nine Line)

Bonus Skills (Not required but a big plus):

• Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or other marketing automation tools

• Experience with WP RSS Aggregator

• Motion graphics or advanced video editing

• Past experience with veteran or patriotic brands
