The Sr Renewal Specialist is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data and

preparing proactive renewal quotes.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,

and/or ability required.


• Create vendor quotes using web-based tools


• Report generation


• Provide bids and requests for warranty renewals and new business opportunities


• Work on administrative and operational issues


• Convert vendor quotes into client facing quotes using Insight's internal based tools


• Create client facing documents detailing any discrepancies found during quoting


• Run queries in partners web-based tool and generate client-facing inventory reports


• Develop relationships with Renewals Specialists to ensure open communication and streamlined Service Level Agreements (SLA)


• Manage incoming requests in Outlook using a shared box


• Generate proactive (non-requested) quotes using standardized parameters

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES


• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant business experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable


• 3-5 years experience in Contract Renewals, Licensing, or Bid management


• Must demonstrate the ability to utilize time management, problem solving, and organizational skills to prioritize workloads


• Must demonstrate the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional technical procedures, and regulations.


• Must demonstrate the ability to produce accurate information


• Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with, present information to and respond to questions from clients, groups of managers, and other teammates at Insight.


• Requires the ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team environment


• Must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS applications.


• Maintain key performance indicators (KPI) as assigned


• Other duties as assigned
