We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Presentation & Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming survey data and prepared text into polished, client-ready presentations. Starting with Keynote (on Mac), and later migrating to Google Slides, you will ensure that every report reflects our client's standards for clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal. This is a hands-on role requiring strong data handling, design consistency, and the ability to collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create professional and visually engaging survey reports using client-provided templates in Keynote and Google Slides.

  • Accurately convert and adapt Keynote templates into Google Slides masters while maintaining design quality and functionality.

  • Work with prepared survey data and text outputs to produce accurate charts, graphs, word clouds, and other visual elements.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in formatting across all deliverables.

  • Collaborate with internal team members and clients during U.S. business hours to review progress, gather feedback, and finalize presentations.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Must own and work on a Mac for Keynote presentations.

  • Proven ability to convert and build Keynote templates into Google Slides masters.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for handling and analyzing data.

  • Excellent eye for detail, with a focus on design consistency and formatting accuracy.

  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours for team and client syncs.

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills for collaboration and client interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in presentation design, reporting, or market research.

  • Familiarity with visualization techniques such as charts, graphs, infographics, and word clouds.

  • Ability to troubleshoot formatting or design issues across platforms.

  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and delivering results under tight timelines.
