Job Title: All Around Crew

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, promotions, and policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Actively engage in selling products and achieving sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.

Merchandising / Stock Management:

  • Receive and check incoming stock against invoices.
  • Ensure proper shelving, organization, and display of merchandise.

  • Monitor and report on stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

  • Apply First In / First Out (FIFO) Method

Cash Handling SUPPORT:

  • Assist Manager / OIC in operating the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Provide change and receipts to customers.

  • Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the shift.

  • If short, possible for salary deduction

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other store crew members and departments.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in training new store crew members as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php525.00 per day
