Company Description

Nova Tech Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to shape the user interfaces and experiences of our software products. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Nova Tech Solutions' projects, including Nova Care's EVV system and various web and mobile applications developed for the company and its affiliated organizations. Your designs will play a crucial role in ensuring our software is easy to use and visually appealing. This position will start as remote work and later transition to on-site. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Client Care Manager working with a cross functional team, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least one certification or formal training HIPAA or related trainings for Customer Care will be considered.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer located in Metro Manila with some work-from-home options. The Client Care Manager will be responsible for the following entities:

  • Manage all current clients, including picking up phone lines, onboarding new clients, completing demos, ensuring all contracts are signed, and keeping client files up to date.

Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.

  • Provide clients with access to
    Helport
    or the live monitoring system and conduct demos with them.

  • Assist with marketing for new clients by engaging in digital marketing and utilizing the referral program to attract new clients from existing ones.

  • Follow up with marketing leads and convert them into new clients.

  • Produce and update policies and procedures.

  • Conduct market research and develop plans and ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys with all clients.

  • Manage all marketers in setting goals and milestones for them.

  • Strong communication skills, minimal or no accent, and a solid background in managing and supervising staff in an office setting are essential.
