Data Analyst - AI Trainer

As an AI Trainer, you'll be crucial in training the large language models that power our AI-native games. Your work will directly improve the models' emotional intelligence and logic, helping to create a truly immersive experience for players.

This role covers four main areas:

  • LLM (Large Language Models)
  • Creative Content Writing
  • Audio
  • Video

Key Responsibilities

Your role involves a variety of tasks crucial to the development of our AI-native games.

  • Content Annotation
    : You'll annotate various game assets, including dialogues, quests, and character interactions, to ensure the data is accurate and consistent, which in turn optimizes the player's experience.
  • Creative Content Creation
    : You'll be responsible for crafting detailed world-building elements, compelling characters, mini-plots, and personality profiles.
  • Model Evaluation
    : You will annotate and evaluate our AI models' responses against a set of rubrics to improve their dialogue and overall interactions, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  • Collaboration
    : You will work closely with our research and product teams to help develop cutting-edge large language models.

  • Educational Background
    : Fresh graduates with a degree in
    Statistics, Technology/IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, or Copywriting
    .
  • Skills & Experience
    : We are looking for candidates with experience or a degree in the following areas:
  • Writing and storytelling (including copywriting and technical writing)
  • STEM fields
  • Data disciplines (including data analysis, manipulation, and reporting)
  • Psychology and Philosophy
  • Passion for Gaming
    : A genuine passion for gaming is a must, especially with experience in narrative-driven or role-playing games.

While not required, these skills would be a big plus:

  • Experience with AI Models
    : Familiarity with AI models, including RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluating, comparing, or auditing model data.
  • Experience with Data
    : Experience in data analysis, manipulation, or reporting.
