Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision, advanced design expertise, and a proven ability to lead and execute high-impact visual projects. This role will play a key part in shaping and evolving our brand identity across digital, print, and social platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive, elevated, and on-brand visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of some brand assets, marketing campaigns, social media visuals, packaging, and other creative materials.
  • Translate strategic marketing and business objectives into compelling design solutions.
  • Oversee the visual execution of product launches and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Retouch, edit, and enhance product and lifestyle photography with a high level of polish using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine creative briefs and drive alignment on design direction.
  • Contribute to motion graphics and basic animation projects (proficiency in After Effects is a strong advantage).
  • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced layout design, typography, branding, and retouching work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept through to execution.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, brand systems, and user-centered design.
  • Experience in photo and video editing, compositing, and color correction at a professional level.
  • Working knowledge of motion design/Adobe After Effects is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Leadership experience and a track record of mentoring or art-directing other designers is a plus.
