About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has professional experience using modern design platforms and AI-assisted creative tools to produce high-quality graphics efficiently.

You should be comfortable handling a high volume of design requests, collaborating with different teams, and producing clean, brand-consistent visuals across print, digital, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or simple visual effects (VFX) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Create graphics for social media, campaigns, digital ads, posters, banners, packaging, in-store displays, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Develop creative concepts and present visual directions for campaigns.
  • Produce multiple design variations, adapt layouts for different platforms, and meet tight deadlines.

Use of Digital & AI Design Tools

  • Work confidently with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, or other equivalent online tools.
  • Utilize AI creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, OpenAI tools, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to enhance and speed up design workflows.
  • Explore new AI design solutions and proactively recommend innovative tools or processes.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Optional but Preferred)

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Create basic motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and simple VFX where needed.
  • Support the team during shoots or assist with visual direction when required.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand creative requirements.
  • Handle multiple simultaneous requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and provide design recommendations proactively.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input for campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
  • Mastery of key design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and online design platforms.
  • Experience using AI creative tools (image generation, layout assistance, content expansion, etc.).
  • Optional but preferred: Experience in video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.) and motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take feedback, adapt fast, and work within brand guidelines.
  • Strong creative judgment and willingness to propose new ideas.
