LH Paragon, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT Systems & Operations Manager to oversee its technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity programs. This position combines technical proficiency with strategic leadership to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant IT operations. The role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and software rollouts.
  • Oversee hardware, software, and network administration while coordinating with external vendors.
  • Establish and enforce IT and cybersecurity policies aligned with DICT guidelines, RA Data Privacy Act), and related regulations.
  • Conduct system security audits, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and similar standards.
  • Direct incident response, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Manage IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Align IT systems and operations strategies with business goals while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willing to work onsite at Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu as needed.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in IT operations or systems management.
  • Solid expertise in both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong technical knowledge of systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or CISM.
  • Familiarity with Philippine data privacy laws and global IT compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
