About the role

Join the dynamic team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' as an F&B Supervisor in our Santo Tomas City Batangas location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet our quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for food and beverage team members
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of promotional activities and events
  • Contribute to the overall profitability of the food and beverage department

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies for restaurant management
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards
