Description
Job Purpose 

The AR Executive is responsible in obtaining prior authorization for workers compensation to be filed and documented in a timely manner. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Outbound calls to patients, insurances and workers compensation entities
  • Encoding correct patient information and claims on the system
  • Resolving pending claims 
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files
  • Maintaining 100% good relationship with adjusters
  • Ensuring claims and authorizations are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilize various client-based tools and applications 
  • Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner 
Required Skills 


  • Knowledgeable in Healthcare industry particularly with Durable Medical Equipment
  • Able to understand billing cycle and claims
  • Strong attention to detail
  • HIPAA Orientated
  • Proficient in using general computer software (Word, Excel and Outlook required)
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and effective interaction skills with co-workers, clients, providers, and vendors
  • Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
  • Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment
Required Experience
  • Open for undergraduates who finished at least 2 years in college
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a Healthcare industry (Prior Authorization and Claims)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Amendable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
