Job Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Associate - will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The role ensures completeness of records, adherence to internal controls, and proper documentation. Accounts Receivable Associate - will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of accounts receivable activities, including billing, collection, receipt application, and sales reporting. The role ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls, and agreed reporting timelines. Finance Operations Senior Associate - will manage the daily finance operations, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of finance deliverables across AR, AP, GL, Sales Audit, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. The role provides functional leadership, enforces internal controls, and serves as the primary point of escalation for operational issues.
