As an After Sales Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profit through effective post-sales support. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Supervise and motivate the after-sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure team members are well-trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain contact with clients to gather feedback on product quality and service.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues related to purchased products or services.

Contract Management:

  • Monitor contract details and inform clients of pending expiration dates.
  • Assist clients in processing contract renewals.

Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate departmental operations to achieve set targets.
  • Develop strategies to ensure client satisfaction and departmental goals are met.

Negotiation and Profit Margin:

  • Negotiate with service centers on price and contract terms.
  • Ensure contract details are established while maintaining a profitable margin.

Post-Sales Services:

  • Supervise all post-sales services to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Send periodic reports to management regarding department activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in running an after-sales service department that caters customers on a national level.
