The  Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the development and execution of compelling visual merchandising concepts across our retail locations. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, driving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency through innovative display strategies.

The job includes:

  1. Market Trend Analysis

    Monitor and analyze local market trends, including consumer preferences and attitudes, to inform display design and thematic direction.
  2. Concept Development

    Create visually engaging display concepts aligned with seasonal themes, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
  3. Campaign Execution & Evaluation

    Implement display campaigns across stores and assess their effectiveness based on customer reactions and sales impact. Identify key success factors and areas for improvement.
  4. Competitive Scanning

    Research and evaluate visual merchandising strategies of competitors to inform and refine internal display approaches.
  5. Store Audits

    Conduct regular audits of in-store displays to ensure execution quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
